Rare Japanese handheld console from the year 1999.

Wonderswan Color Crystal in the best color, crystal blue with a clear back case.

Game not included, no packaging. Console only.

Works perfectly, lcd screen has no broken pixels. Power works well, I put a new power button contact in (a common issue with these) so it'll work for years yet!

Case is in good condition but has marks, screen very clear considering its age but also has marks on the glass and lcd screen. See pics for details.

I bought this in 2002 when I was in Taiwan, it was a Japan Only release so it plays Japanese games. You can buy them still from ebay and Ali.

It was a competitor to the gameboy advance with its full color screen. Note it never had a backlight so you need decent light for good visibility (like all these original consoles!).

Takes a single AA battery.

I'd keep it but I have another and did an ips screen mod to my other one, so I don't need this one any more.

Sound works well. You can adjust the contrast too which all works.

You can play it like a GBA, or turn it the other way and play with 2 dpads like in the golf game example (see pics) which is a fun feature.

It has backwards compatibility with the original Wonderswan (Black and white games) and was the final release before the finished selling them in 2003.

A lovely addition to any console collection!
