1930 Model A Ford Woody Wagon - Ford Sales & Service

Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, serving a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series.

The Days Gone range celebrates the bygone days of road transport, with trucks, vans and other vehicles, many featuring famous brands and household names of the past and present.

This model depicts a 1930 Model A Ford "Woody" Wagon. This model was introduced to the Days Gone range in 1984, and it has appeared in several different liveries. This example is finished in the blue and white livery of Ford. Originally it was issued as part of a Gift Set containing three models, before then being released as a single model. A different variant was released in 1985, which had an advertising blade added to the roof and also had a spare wheel added to the tailgate, but this example is the first release, which does not have those features.

Very Good pre-owned condition, in original box. Box has minor wear and light creasing in places but no serious rips, splits or taped-up corners.  Model itself is clean and near mint condition. See photos - all photos show actual item.
