I am now offering First Class postage (economy shipping option) in manilla envelopes as the first choice on mailing low weight items. This will be stamp postage and will not have tracking on it to keep the price lower (just an FYI: finding that First Class Mail postage may take up two weeks to get to the destination). If you wish a plastic mailer, tracking and sooner delivery time, choose USPS Ground Advantage shipping. Any questions, please contact me.
