It is either made out of a nylon or leather like material.  It has 6 slots on the top for your gild clubs. It has lots of other storage pockets. It comes with a shoulder strap and has a handle on it to carry it around. It also comes with a cover.  It is about 35 inches tall. It was made by Goldwin. It is used. It is in very good condition. Great to use this summer out on the course..
