For your consideration is this spectacular Lionel C&O F3 B unit - non-powered / dummy. This unit has been kept in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment and has had very little use. Comes in the original box. Please note that while this unit is equipped with sound and Command Control, I am unable to test these functions using my conventional-only transformers, so it is being sold strictly as-is.  I also have the matching AA powered / dummy set as well as a powered A unit for sale.
