Womens black and silver fine sparkly striped vintage skirt with side zip, deep waistband, short lined and on the inside it has ties to tuck up the hem.  From Hooch size 16 - please check waist measurement.  I can't see a fabric / care label, but it is like a fine cotton fabric.
