 This high quality Lithograph thoroughbred horse painted by John Frederick Herring Sr. is in excellent condition. The paper is thick and light creamy white and is blank on the reverse side.

John Frederick Herring (1795 - 1865) was a painter, sign maker and coachman in Victorian England. Herring's talent was recognized by wealthy clients, and he began painting hunters and racehorses for the gentry.

This lithograph is hand signed by the artist. Perfect for any room!
