C'è qualcosa di molto magico nel suono dei Tannoy vintage e gli LMR non deludono in questo ambito. Carattere di suono e tonalità molto simile ad altre costruzioni Tannoy di quel periodo, ma con alcune sottili differenze.
Vorrei iniziare dicendo che gli amanti della musica a cui piace il suono corposo con una buona produzione di bassi Renati e mai invadenti saranno pienamente soddisfatti degli LRM. Una volta ascoltate canzoni con bassi profondi riprodotte su un sistema a gamma completa, non puoi non sentirle. Questi altoparlanti Tannoy Little Red Monitor hanno -4dB a 55Hz e la loro risposta in frequenza scende rapidamente al di sotto di questo livello. Tuttavia, i bassi che producono sono davvero molto buoni: veloci, dinamici e con molta risoluzione.
Non mancano i medi e gli alti. È qui che gli altoparlanti Tannoy Little Red Monitor superano molte altre costruzioni. Forniscono un ottimo livello di dettaglio, una grandissima trasparenza e un suono molto musicale e coinvolgente. Le voci e gli strumenti a corda suonano particolarmente naturali. La riproduzione del suono della chitarra è tra le migliori mai sentite. Nella mia esperienza è molto difficile trovare diffusori molto trasparenti e poco faticosi da ascoltare. Tannoy LRM presenta un buon equilibrio tra l'essere abbastanza trasparente da farti notare ma non abbastanza da sembrare molto tagliente. Alcuni ascoltatori potrebbero ancora trovarli faticosi, ma ormai si sa ovunque TANNOY O SI AMA O SI ODIA!

There's something very magical about the sound of vintage Tannoys and the LMRs don't disappoint in this regard. Very similar sound and tonality character to other Tannoy constructions of that period, but with some subtle differences.
Let me start by saying that music lovers who like full-bodied sound with good Renato bass production and never intrusive will be fully satisfied with the LRMs. Once you hear songs with deep bass played on a full-range system, you can't help but hear them. These Tannoy Little Red Monitor speakers have -4dB at 55Hz and their frequency response drops quickly below this level. However, the bass they produce is really very good: fast, dynamic and with a lot of resolution.
There is no shortage of mids and highs. This is where the Tannoy Little Red Monitor speakers surpass many other constructions. They provide an excellent level of detail, great transparency and a very musical and engaging sound. Vocals and string instruments sound particularly natural. The sound reproduction of the guitar is among the best I've ever heard. In my experience it is very difficult to find speakers that are very transparent and not tiring to listen to. Tannoy LRM has a good balance between being transparent enough to make you notice but not enough to look very edgy. Some listeners may still find them tiring, but now everyone knows TANNOY YOU EITHER LOVE IT OR HATE IT!
