This is a few years old now, was installed for a couple of years and then stored for another few when I moved house and didn't need it any longer.

It's a very effective heater for a small bathroom and doesn't use a lot of power to keep the chill off.

It should be hard wired in to pass regulation, but I can't see why you couldn't put a 3 pin plug on for non bathroom/dry spaces if you wanted to.

IP24 rated for bathrooms.

The smaller 500W version seems to be selling for £199 on here new, so this could be a better option for a lot less money for your space.
