The top view pics make it seem like its all scratched up, but pics taken at an angle show that they are fingerprints. The coin was unfortunately handled by someone without gloves prior to being turned over to us. We are not attempting to clean it as we are not professionals in handling coins like this and do not want to risk blemishing it more than it already ahs been by the previous owner.

This is till a very nice coin and worth getting professionally cleaned if at all possible.
