These CPUs are in Grade A+ condition- meaning they have no scratches, nicks, dents, corrosion, or cosmetic blemish of any kind. 

These machines were pulled from a single retired, working, Dell R730 server and then cleaned and put up for sale. They were not handled a lot or bought and sold and shipped in the mail, and the pristine grade A+ condition reflects that. 

These are excellent CPUs for Dell Poweredge R730 and R630 servers, but they are NOT vendor locked and will work in HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Sun, etc. 

There is NO damage to the pads, all the capacitors are intact, this chip functions 100% perfect. I tested this with a full compliment of memory and there are NO bad memory channels!
