Beautiful and very feminine cocktail dress in a shimmer blue shot silk like material (see photo for exact material make up). It would make a great prom dress.  The neck line frill detail and ruched body detail make it so pretty and flattering as it does follow your contours but not unforgivingly so.  The bodice lining includes cups for extra support.  A lovely dress you will not find on the high street and hardly worn so in as new condition.
