In used condition with typical signs of playwear for age including scuffs and scratches. Nothing major thankfully — see pictures for more details, in my opinion he still displays well.

I am not a Lego expert by any means but I believe he was part of the 6867 set and is wearing “Mark 6 Armor”. He does NOT come with the foot propulsion pads. I’ve also taken pictures of the numbers on his legs so you can cross reference to see for yourself but with my limited knowledge I can’t 100% guarantee what type he is.
