Fallout 3 collectors edition Prima hardcover guide.  Includes the map insert that has some signs of being used but in pretty good shape and can be opened and displayed. The book is pretty good shape no binding issues, pages are still pretty crisp and no scratches.  All 4 corners are really good only very minmal folding.
