This is a Vintage Oriental Japanese Kutani Table Lamp.
Good quality made in the 1960's - 70's period.
This lamp has an ornate decorated surface with intricate detailing, gilding and painted decorations, the design is of flowing purple flora which spreads around the lamp from the centre potted plant detail.
Under is a dark red stained & lacquered wooden base, at the top the lamp has original brass fittings and aged brass BC switched lamp holder.
The lamp has good modern wiring, all fully earthed and fitted with cable protection and a vintage sympathetic cable clamp underside of the 4 footed base.

Wiring is good, the lamp is earthed and works well.
Condition is good for age. The lamp is free of damage...
Points to Note.
1. The ceramics have a few very small firing imperfections and marks from manufacture that do not spoil.
2. The lamp is heavy solid and is made from good quality ceramics.
3. A few small marks from age and use to the base but no damage.
4. The lamp works well.
