I don't understand why other eBayers always accept returns, guarantees or Would you like to exclude exchanges? What if the goods are defective - bad luck for the buyer???
It's different for me. My items been tested and are alright. If, which is not possible, something is defective (that was not mentioned in the auction description), I will either exchange it free of charge or refund your money.
