PRICE REDUCED 6/21/2024: BUCK *#110* USA Vintage Hunter Folding Knife and Leather Sheath:   My Mom had a 1969 Buick Electra, metallic green with a vinyl half-top and chrome "Wildcat" wheels with thin whitewall tires. I hated that car. Until I got a date with Linda from the Volkswagen dealer. Mom and Dad were away on a vacation, so I "borrowed" the car. The date went promisingly. Driving home I drove over a creek and the bridge had black ice; the back end swung over toward the guardrail and I steered into the slide; it corrected as I exited the bridge---no contact! From that night I respected that car.
I wish I had it now.
Here is your chance to get that good feeling with an old Buck 110 knife. It was new back in the late 1970s, I think, which is why I bought it a couple years ago at a flea market. I've carried it off and on and took it on a motorcycle trip just to impress the guys. It did.
The blade has been sharpened to about 90% of its original height but always carefully---no sharpening gouges. Two dots decorate the tang stamp for dating purposes. There are a few "use" scratches, brass surfaces are rubbed bare, spring and lock are intact, cavity is clean, and the wood handles are flawless. The condition of the leather pouch indicates that it traveled...a lot! It needs care (see above) if you insist on taking the set out for dinner. But it works fine. Vintage is not the same as old; vintage has patina which is like love---you might find it in the back seat. Mailing only to USA-48. Postage is usually between $5.00 and $6.26. Buyer pays $4.00, I will pay the rest. Please see my other knives and save postage. I am liquidating my entire collection; please keep me in your favorite sellers, watching for Old Bryan's Old Knives or the seller name below.
