This Rofco B40 is a Belgium-made compact Micro Bakery oven with a no-nonsense construction and a sealed oven chamber, perfect for home and semi-commercial bakers.

For more than 25 years Rofco has been known as a manufacturer of small baking ovens with chamotte brick (refractory brick) for home baking enthusiasts.

• 3 Baking surfaces of pure chamotte brick (refractory brick), which can bake up to 12 large loaves (850g)

• Adjustable thermostat with warning light, you can accurately set the temperature to 250°C (482°F). 

• 2 thermostats, so that the baking surfaces of chamotte brick (refractory brick) can be heated separately. 

• Continuous baking or baking with decreasing temperature

• The interior lighting and the viewing window allow you to closely monitor the baking process.

• 2 steam vents. The ability to bake with steam ensures that you can also bake, among other things, light and crispy pistolets (a small crusty bread roll) and baguettes without additives.

• The construction in stainless steel, both inside and outside

• High thermal insulation and lasting quality, giving economical power consumption
