Made In the famous Italian Glass factory "Interglass", made of the highest quality crystal and hand decorated with 24 karat gold. It is preowned. It is in excellent condition with the exception of the lower gold band has areas of missing gold paint. Please look at the close up photos. I included so many photos because I wanted you to be able to see all of the angles . It is still a really beautiful piece .
