This auction is for set number 4107, The "Blue Bird Freight" as it appeared the 1941 American Flyer catalog.  

The 565 loco is die cast and in good condition.   The 4 pilot wheels and the rear trailing wheel are reproduction replacments and will last forever.  Loco has all linkage and runs well.  Boiler front is original.  Pilot is not chipped.

The 564 Tender has been repainted, rewired and re-lettered and has both center-rail pickups and its weight and coupler.

The 486 hopper is in good condition with minor playwear, with paint better than most.  Inner panels repainted. Has brake wheel

The 480 Tank car is in played-with condition, with some minor paint loss but no rust.  Has brake wheel.

The 484 Caboose is in good condition with some playwear.

All cars have all wheelsets, journal covers and both couplers.
