Those Yohji Yamamoto Adidas Y-3 lace up shoes been used gently. Those shoes were a sample so I am not sure if they ever made those. 

Measurements taken ( outside ) are from underneath the shoe end to end of the sole.

Measurements taken from ( inside ) are a rough one as it can be tricky time to time to reach the end of the shoe. 

Please check carefully my sizing on the listing, the pictures and your own size chart with another pair of shoes that you have in your wardrobe just in case. 

The listing says Uk 7D on the reverse of the tongue as per picture. Please check the pictures with the style numbers or in my description for help. 

The numbers inside are U42993 UK 7D so this should give you roughly a 39 if am correct.

Those Yohji Yamamoto lace-up have light marks around at the back and side and inside too, nothing major, I have not tried to clean the shoes. Gently used. 

No box or cloth bag but they will be wrap properly. The shoe trees are not for sale.
