Fender Classic 70s Tele Ash 3-Tone Sunburst 2014 Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have a Fender Classic 70s Tele Ash Electric Guitar in 3-Tone Sunburst. Made in Japan in 2014, this bolt-on neck construction guitar features an Ash body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include, a 3-Saddle American Vintage Strings-Through-Body Tele bridge with Chrome Barrel Saddles, Knurled Flat-Top control knobs, Gotoh Cast/Sealed tuners, and a set of Vintage Style Single-Coil Tele pickups. The pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector.

The Maple neck plays well, with Fender's popular Slim 'C' profile providing a substantial feel whilst remaining slim enough for articulate playing. The gloss finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Rosewood fingerboard is very attractive, and with its 7.25" radius delivers a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience for string bending and vibrato techniques, further enhanced by the Vintage-Style frets.

The Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele pickups offer a traditional Telecaster sound, providing inspiration from the decades of history that come with the shape and sound of the guitar. The neck pickup gives a rich and smooth low end. with the middle position giving a creamy midrange along with an open top end. The bridge pickup gives you that classic Tele twang, with an output hot enough to actually make you shout "Yee-Haw!" out loud. Overall a very versatile guitar with a vintage feel.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edge demonstrates light indentation that does not crack the finish.

Neck: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.

Body: Overall excellent condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate very light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (flathead driver) not included.

Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

This guitar has been adjusted for light pick action. If you use an aggressive attack it may be necessary to raise the bridge slightly to eliminate string rattle.
