GENERAL INFORMATION

This item has been donated to the RSPCA Leeds, Wakefield and District Branch.

100% of the money raised from the sale of this item will fund our Branch and the animal welfare work in our community.

PAYMENTS

Items must be paid for within 5 days of the purchase date or they will be re-listed, unless agreed in advance by a member of our eCommerce team.

COLLECTIONS

We kindly ask that you collect your purchase within 5 days as we do not have the storage space to hold items for any longer.

REPLYING TO QUESTIONS

Questions about items will be answered during our office hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot answer any questions outside of these times.

OFFERS

If an item is listed as an auction, it is our policy to allow the auction to run its course. We will not end the auction early or accept Buy It Now offers. Any questions regarding offers will not be answered.

COLLECTION ONLY

Items that are listed as 'Collection Only' are because the items are too big/heavy for our courier service, or too fragile for transit. These items will not be sent out by our team or packaged for third-party couriers.

ELECTRICALS

All electrical items have been PAT tested prior to listing, but we do recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional prior to use.

POSTAGE

We are able to offer combined postage when you buy multiple items. Just pop a member of our team a message and we will send a new invoice to you.
