1860s civil war patriotic with allover McClellan design; 3 cent 1861 #65, Washington DC. Unfortunately the cover has been cruelly murdered, with extensive damage around edges and with a good chunk of the bottom right of the cover gone. It's a shame as it is an uncommon design.
