Zip up the front with two ties at the bust.  Has side seam pockets and another tie around the back. Striped in a red and floral cotton fabric-almost in a patchwork like pattern.  Midi length, and looks to be very comfy for the summer.  Mad by Tracy Petite, looks like a vintage 7-noted on the tag.  Measurements taken laying flat; 14" across the shoulders, 17" across the armpits/bust area, 15" under the bust/at empire waist, 24" at hip area, 40" from shoulder to bottom hem.  

Looks to be in good overall vintage condition.  Very slight fade from age, but does not effect the dress.  I am just being picky.
