vintage sterling silver and enamel travel charm

we are stumped about this one

we've found a garden centre in Lincolnshire with this name

and the flower design certainly would apply

and there is a Springfields nuclear fuel production plant

but then the flower design becomes rather odd

so, if anyone knows, drop us a line

 stamped sterling silver

 

 very good vintage used condition

and its a rare charm
