EVEN THE MOST EXPERIENCED PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES IN HATCHING EGGS.  WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS.  BUY EGGS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

RISKY-If you are not up for a the risk, please don't buy my eggs. It is very risky shipping eggs. The USPS does a great job most of the time but I cannot refund or replace eggs if they fall short. I ship priority mail HOWEVER the USPS does not guarantee a time even though they say 1-3 day and they don't care that you have precious hatching eggs. Also too, ebay makes up the estimated delivery dates that do not always reflect realistic times especially when eggs are involved. Most Anything can go wrong through the shipping process such as mishandling etc. I go above and beyond to do everything I can to get the best eggs to your incubator.

If you let the eggs sit 24 hours, before placing them in the incubator, that is good for them to settle and allow the air sac to settle into position. Also, judge veining after placing them in the incubator. It's the temp and humidity that spark the maturing. Not simply being laid. Think about it this way, a brooding hen will brood 9 to 12 days before tucking her eggs under her and begin warming. For the days prior, she does protect the eggs but they will be covered mainly by her wing and tail feathers. Then when she lays her quota, she then rakes them as close centered under herself. It is at this time that the life cycle begins. Thats why the eggs laid on day 13 hatch at the same time as eggs laid on day 1. Incubated eggs don't need to be candled until day 7 of incubation. At this time the eggs begin veining well enough for us to see. For the ones you don't see, check again on day 10 and so on. Do not ever give up on them until day 19. People have had incubated eggs to not peep until 29 days. Crazy but incubation is never as consistent or successful as mama hen sitting on them
