The carburetor might still need a adjustment or cleaning or rebuild. I just replaced the outer fuel line with fuel line I had on hand and not a oem line. A oem can still be found I just not too the fuel line I used fits and works good. The saw will need the air filter and cover they are both missing. After leaving the chainsaw sit for a couple days the cylinder filled up with oil so it has a bad gasket or seal some where with the oiler system and that's why it's for parts or repair.
