Metropolitan Museum Of Art MMA 1979 Pre Columbian Three Frogs Ornament Tie Slide


This beautiful tie slide from the Metropolitan Museum of Art is a true vintage piece. It is part of the museums "THe Michael C. Rockerfeller Memorial Collection". Originally a gold ornament initially cast in wax and pre dating Columbia, circa the 11th through 16th century, the piece features three frogs perched on a log, is 24K gold electroplated, is signed, and comes with the original packaging and insert for authenticity. This piece would make a great gift or addition to any frog or primitive art collection.
