Returns

PLEASE do not scratch the item or place chemicals on jewelry as this falls under tampering with the condition it was sent in!!! There is a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. This means we will allow a return for ANY reason within 30 days of the items arrival to you. Unless otherwise stated in the return details, buyers remorse returns (ie you just do not care for it) past the 30 day time-frame are not accepted. 

policy will be void if:

• Item is returned with signs of wear (other than trying on) or deliberate tampering
• Buyer refuses to allow carrier pickup for carrier damage insurance claims
• Damage from buyers self testing procedures
• Damage from buyers self cleaning procedures
• An item specifically listed as NON CLEANED for antique /vintage value purposes has been cleaned by buyer prior to return. The exception to this is if we clean it for the customer via their request prior to us shipping it out.

All measurements and weights are taken not only with digital devices but standard tools / devices, they are checked 3 times on each device. These devices are well maintained for accuracy. Gems are put under 60x magnification to visually check for inclusions. Various authenticity tests are preformed (including but not limited to: chemical, magnetic, hardness, weight and heat tests).  We use the standard jeweler grading charts. However, returns will not be accepted for slight opinion differences in clarity. Especially if this clarity is being checked only by buyers plain eyesight. Of course, returns are always approved for any major difference in clarity via an obvious mistake in our listing.
