Manual focus Prime Lens for;
MICRO FOUR THIRDS / M43
Panasonic G Micro 4/3 System
Olympus Micro 4/3 and Pen Micro 4/3 System

A superb manual focus lens with very useful magnification range ideal for Portrait work

this would be the similar a 270mm* on a 35mm film camera.
( * Dependant upon sensor size)

By using this focal range it reduces the depth of field (area in focus from front to back) which shows the model off better and puts the background out of focus

To fit Micro 4/3 mount digital camera bodies

(Originally another fit now permanently converted to Micro 4/3)

In full working order.
Optics are clean. No fungus.

Use in AV mode for Automatic exposure or M mode for manual exposure

Please note; When using this adapted lens on the camera, there is no automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other auto lens functions which you have on the lens supplied with the camera, so to use manual lenses on your micro 4/3 camera you need to select / enable "Release without lens" function in the camera menu
(Hint - set this option as a custom mode then when you use the lens all you have to do is change to that custom mode to save you pressing buttons to set it out in the field)

A sample of compatible Micro 4/3 Cameras

The lenses work with manual focusing in aperture priority automatic (or metered manual exposure modes), with stopped down metering. You set the aperture on the lens, and the camera sets the shutter speed automatically. Because of the smaller sensor in Micro 4/3 digital cameras the effective focal lengths are increased by upto 100 per cent, so a 200mm telephoto lens  could provide the same field of view as a 400mm Telephoto lens on a 35mm film camera.

That old mechanical lenses generally have optics every bit as good as their modern equivalents and with this appropriate adapter you can use it on your Micro 4/3 mount camera.
Manually set the lens aperture as required.
Use the camera's Av mode for automatic exposure, or Manual exposure for flash or studio work.
You will need to set focus by hand
