POSTAGE

This item will be posted 2nd class signed for  delivery free P & P but we do offer an upgrade to 1st class delivery for an additional fee of £1.60. We try to post item the same working day if possible if not you will not be waiting no longer than a 24 hour period.

RETURNS / CLAIMS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of received item. The item must be in its original condition.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to defective product or an error on our part. The refund will be issued once we receive your return.

Customer must notify our customer support team regarding a lost parcel within 30 days of purchase date. Failure to report within this period may result in the claim being denied.

Please allow 14 days from the dispatch date for the item to arrive, this is inline with Royal Mail policy.

No cases will be progressed if it's before that time line.
