I did spend 30 minutes cleaning the shovel so the orange and yellow paint would stand out better for pictures. Tiny spots of rust but only cosmetic. The tracks are still pretty good but others listed are too so a pretty good material was used to manufacture longetivity into this part of the shovel. Plastic windshields look pretty good with some scratches. Rear counter weight(black plastic bumper?) Has some damage located behind the cab. As for the lifting of the boom the black turn knob has internal stripped threading so the knob will turn without any raising of the boom. The outer boom connected to the shovel works fine. The chain that releases the bottom of the shovel is incomplete and I was not able to figure out exactly how to get it to work. I looked at several other listing and it did not help me figure things out.
