Simply gorgeous decadent vintage dress. Guestimating 1980s based on design, style and detail but it certainly could be prior to.
Measurements taken with dress laying flat, unstretched:
The drop waist seam is 22-1/2" from top of shoulder (see photo)...
this waist line will be an anchor for other measurements...
drop waist seam to seam is about 19-1/2 across...hence 38" circumference...
drop waist seam to hem of skirt is about 26-1/2" length...
top of shoulder to hem of skirt is about 49-1/2"...
underarm, seam to seam, is about 16-1/2".
19-1/2" hidden back zipper.
Gold sequin & pearl scalloped detail trim along sweetheart neckline (front & back!), arms and drop waist.
Stunning sequin floral bodice with flowy (synthetic chiffon?) skirt bottom.
Fully lined.
No tags and no location/evidence of tags having been removed.
Based on the measurements, I think this is a size M dress.
The drop waist is roomy, but there is not going to be alot of give/take in the bust area.
