PSA does not guarantee that another third-party grading company’s authentication or certification of an item as genuine is correct or accurate. Neither a difference of opinion between third-party grading companies about authenticity, nor a company’s subsequent reversal of its earlier authentication or certification of an item, will be a basis for rescinding a sale. Any dispute with another third-party grading company relating to the authenticity of an item must be resolved directly with that other company.
Collectors’ maximum liability in the event of loss or damage to an item during shipping will be the lesser of (a) the price paid for the item and (b) the change in fair market value of the item. You release Collectors from all other liability including for any claims of punitive damages, emotional distress, consequential damages, lost profits, or lost interest, except as prohibited by law.
Purchased Items will be shipped directly from PSA Vault. You stay hands-free.
