Delivery
We take
immense care when packing your products to ensure safe delivery. Once your
order has been processed and payment has been cleared then your item will be
dispatched.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the following Tuesday.

products with Royal Mail Tracked (anywhere in the UK including Highlands &
Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland

service (mainland UK areas only) with a one hour delivery window notified by
SMS or email

Charges are
determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of
the areas listed above.

allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your item.
Returns
If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item after
contacting us via eBay message within 30 days of the purchase date.
All
returned items must be unused, in original condition and in their original
packaging. Items that are not returned in the original packaging will not be
accepted. Therefore, please keep all
packaging until the item has been tried.
We will refund only the cost of the item, not
the P&P costs. You are responsible
for shipping costs either to or from your address and for the item condition.
You are responsible for ANY damage caused to the product on its return
journey. Inadequate packaging will
result in the item being rejected and returned to you at YOUR own cost.
