Feedback

I'm not getting rich selling my eggs and was hesitant to do so but due to the rising cost of feed I have decided to share with others the joy of owning Seramas. I'm on a fixed income and with the sell of my eggs I can buy feed and other necessities for my babies. I was only selling locally or giving to friends and family so selling them on this platform is new for me and when you leave a negative feedback this does effect my sales. Before leaving negative feedback please contact me first I will do everything in my power to make things right. 

Feedback is for the quality of eggs, shipping time and communication, not for your hatch since I'm not responsible for hatch rates due to circumstances beyond my control such as postal handling, x-ray, late shipments by the USPS, incubator conditions etc

Please purchase/bid if you are well experienced with hatching and understand the expected hatch rates of Seramas are much lower than other breed of chickens and that I make no guarantees as to your results.  There are many reasons shipped Serama hatching eggs will not hatch, this doesn't mean they are not fertile at the time I ship. The average hatch rate for Seramas is 45-60% on fertile non-shipped eggs.

Extra Eggs

During my peek seasons I may or may not have extras to send and this does concern me because I like to be generous but I also know my customers have to wait longer during this period.  If you purchase from me in the future please let me be aware and I'll make certain extras are included but your order may require additional time to process.

Returns

I do not accept returns due to the nature of the product please be aware that there may be delays during peek seasons and I will not refund due to the delay. Please make sure you will accept these conditions before buying.

Shipping Costs

Please understand I do not have control over the cost of shipping and the weight is automatically calculated at time of purchase. If for any reason the shipping costs is less than what you paid I will gladly refund the difference.  I can offer a flat rate for buyers who live further away, so if the flat rate is less please select the flat rate.

Packaging of eggs

I individually wrap each egg in bubble wrap and layer them in shredded paper which ensures maximum protection.    Also I take great care in packaging my Seramas it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to package each order.
