These are new Pearl Izumi Rev Cargo Shorts.. lined with removable chamois padded Cycling Shorts (which is slightly mesh).  They have a thigh pocket on each leg and one small zipper pocket on the left side at the waistband. *See picture*  On the inside of the waistband there are button tabs making the waist adjustable.  *See picture* Near the waistband zipper pocket it is labeled "Equip Spec 12011VO-481"  They are size XL ***See my measurements below to help insure a proper fit***
