To validate the guarantee, send a photo of the unopened bag with the fish within one hour of delivery; opening the bag voids the guarantee.

Contact must be made within one hour after the first delivery attempt. No refunds for buyer's address issues, including second attempts or incorrect addresses.

Once the fish is out of the bag, all further care becomes the buyer's responsibility.
