I honestly don't know if they are sterling silver or not, but they are very sturdy, well-made, and in excellent condition.

They have screw backs that are all in excellent working order.

The pictures make the silver look almost goldish/yellow, but in reality, they are a true silver color, with a gold-toned edge.  I don't think the pictures do them justice.
