Shipping: Please allow 7-11 days for delivery once posted in the mail. All items shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Items will be carefully and securely wrapped in layers of bubble/foam wrap and shipped in a sturdy corrugated box or tube either via USPS Media Mail to the US continental states OR via Canada Post within Canada to 1) reasonably economize depending on the location of the winning bidder, 2) to track the item and 3) minimize the potential for any in-transit shipping damage. I can hold items for a short time period and combine with other successful winning items (from me) to offset shipping expenses.

International shipping charges, outside of the continental US and Canada, including import charges, taxes, etc. are not included in the item price, and will depend on the final destination and are the buyer's responsibility.

NOTE: Seller's sole liability is limited to reimbursement of the amount initially paid by the buyer. A return, when mutually agreed upon, is the buyer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: Before signing delivery receipt inspect box for any damage. Notify delivery person of any damage, especially corners, take a picture, Then, immediately open box and check item for any shipping damage. THEN sign with a note of "damage" on file only if there is damage to the item.

Limitations:  In the event of any dispute, seller is not responsible for consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever.  Furthermore, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged while in-transit, it is expected that seller and buyer will work together amicably and cooperatively to file a claim with the Postal Dept. Upon prompt notification by the buyer that shipping damage has occurred (see "IMPORTANT" above), seller will initiate the claim on behalf of the buyer, and buyer agrees to allow sufficient time for the claim to be processed and work mutually toward a positive and mutually beneficial solution.
