Lego Championship Challenge Soccer item 3409, from 2000.  Contains the blue Adidas ball.  This set was discontinued in 2001.  

All parts are in very good condition.    The set is 98%complete.  The following pieces are missing (see pictures for detailed view):

   -  one white slope  (part number 3678a)     

   -  one red tap that holds the goal net (part number 4599a)     

   -  one green flat tile 2x2  (part number 3068)

    - decals (part number 3402stk01)

Also including 5 extra heads with 10 hair pieces that were not part of this original set. 

Manual in very good condition.  

No box.
