Early Description of Lithuania and Poland on Leaf From the Nuremberg Chronicle - 1493

Up for auction is a rare original incunable page from the Nuremberg Chronicle, also known as Liber Chronicarum of 1493 with a very early description of Lithuania and Poland on the front and of Moravia and Silesia on the back.  It also has a woodcut of a Medieval city labeled "Lithuania". The leaf is from the first edition of the Nuremberg Chronicle and the text on both sides is in Latin. A scare item.

Size of wood engraving of city: 8-3/4" x 7-1/2"

Condition: Very good condition considering its age.
