Set this on your desk or in your shop and hear "What is it?". This is a large pair of spring loaded tweezers made of cast aluminum.  The round pivot has molded plastic covers, of which one has: SUM 015 or OIS.  They are about 12-1/2" long.  They were either manufactured for, or by SUM LTD out of Alberta, Canada.

These have never been used.  I had removed the plastic strap which held the tag shown in one of the pictures
