Hi all, this is an absolutely stunning tasseled pelerine made from rustling rich blue silk (poult?) with a raised velvet flock & embroidery effect design. The blue & black matching tassels are aprox 6” long from the top of the swag. The garment itself is shaped to go round your shoulders it’s aprox 82” long. (Inc tassels) & 26” deep at the widest point. No holes. No fading. Stitching has come away between the tassels and the main silk portion for around 3”. But then that’s a simple restoration. Employ professionals only. This is a collectors dream. I think it’d look great on display at a museum too.
