Shipping is quoted mainland, Ireland and Highlands maybe more please ask before bidding. Oversea shipping is sent using ebay GSP i have no control over the fee they set.
Returns policy - i accept returns unless the item is listed as parts or not working or has been tampered with and damaged by the customer. On some expensive items i stock additional images of internal serial numbers or markings to assist ebay with any fraudulent returns.
In rare situations Items may arrive damaged by a courier to the customer please use the ebay case system and provide clear photos of the damage and i will have the item returned and send a full refund.
Packing - I Pack items how i would like to receive them, speaker drivers and fragile items are first wrapped in strong card then boxed again with soft internal packaging between the item and the outer box.I always use recycled packaging to help the enviroment.
To date i have only had one item arrived damaged!
