Kit decal markings for USN.

The PBM-3 Flying Boat version was used by the RAAF as a transport during WWII. Though the kit provides covers for the -5A Amphibian wheel bays to enable a flying boat version, to make an accurate -3, some modifications are needed. (See separate listing for a RAAF conversion and decal set - of which I only have ONE.)

Condition description:

Injection molded plastic kit.
AS NEW.
ALL parts Present and attached to sprues. SEALED in Original Factory Bags.
Injected Transparencies.
No display stand.
Unstarted - UnPainted etc!
Decals look Very Good.

Guarantees cannot be given on decals in pre-owned kits!. ***

A few Light surface indets - cant be seen in scanned image.
NO tape repairs.

*** Further info on Decals in pre-owned kits. Standard procedure with any old decal is to test and treat as required. In the unlikely event there is a problem with the decals in this kit, there are products such as Microscale Micro-Liquid Decal Film and Testors Decal Bonder that will save old decals. Or, spay a coat of clear on them.
