This is new with tags but there is a defect. On one side, there is a hole in the knit around the armpit area. This can easily be sewed shut. I took closeup photos of the area in question. A thread must have just gotten loose and it needs stitching back up. Please be aware of this flaw before purchasing.

29" long 

19" armpit to armpit

23" shoulder to shoulder

10" long sleeves
