New CD jewel case with glossy photo paper artwork, these clear cases come with inlay art to be as close to the original retail version as possible. The inlay art is printed separately and adhered to the backside of the inner case art. The inner spines I color black or leave white depending on the Dreamcast inner logo color.
There is no full manual, the manual replacement insert is a folded over single sheet of the cover and back manual page held together with foam squares so it fits in the case lid better.
