This is a Hawaiian portable changing pad for babies and toddlers.  Very compact and easy to carry, you can take it anywhere.  Very discreet and fashionable.

There are some light pen ink stains on the plastic part of the changing pad and there are some small pulls on the plastic side.  This however doesn't affect the use or efficiency of the changing pad.

As you can see it has outer pockets, the pad and pouch side detach to make it easier to use.
